About Us

We are a first generation Korean couple in the United States that grew up having our culture made fun of by kids at school. If you had told either of us at that time that in 20 years time, Korean dramas would be loved the world over, Korean food (even kimchi?!) would be recognized for its taste and health properties and Korean pop bands would be topping American charts... well, we would have told you you were crazy.

Yet here we are! And we're so excited and proud that Korean culture is being appreciated and recognized by so many around the world. This store is just our attempt to try and curate some products that reflect that culture from our perspective and bring them directly to you.

That said, this is our first foray into e-commerce. Many of the products we are sourcing are from Asia, so shipping times are longer than usual. Over time, we hope to find sources closer to home to cut down on shipping times. Until then, we hope that the prices and free shipping will make up for the longer lead times.
